The connector sized for a 200A BMS pack.
Sold as a pair: one black set for negative and one positive set in orange or red. Each set is a panel-mount receptacle with a busbar terminal plus a right-angle cable plug for 2/0 AWG.

- 250A continuous, 1500V DC, sized for 2/0 AWG (70 mm²) cable.
- Busbar terminal with a tapped M8 hole. A flexible busbar, BMS bar or ring lug bolts flat onto the copper tab. The flat tab can't spin in the housing the way a round stud can when you torque it.
- IP67 sealed when mated, finger safe when unmated. Rated -40°C to 125°C including temperature rise.
- Low contact resistance, 0.5 mΩ max per mated set.
- Press to release, and the plug rotates 360° for clean cable routing.

Why 250A for a 200A Pack
The fuse protects the cable and the connector, so both have to carry the fuse rating. A 200A BMS needs a 250A fuse (200A × 1.25), and that needs 2/0 cable. A 200A connector only takes 1 AWG, which carries about 170A inside a warm battery box. This 250A pair takes 2/0, so every part in the chain matches:

That covers a 16S 280–314Ah pack on a 48V inverter up to about 9 kW, or 12V and 24V systems up to about 2.5 kW and 5 kW.
What You Need With It
- Class T fuse, 250A on the positive leg, as close to the battery as possible.
- Flexible copper busbar, 350A max from the BMS or cells to the connector tab.
- 10 ton lug crimper with a 2/0 die for the cable plug.
Installing the Busbar Terminal
- Bolt your bar or ring lug flat on the tab with an M8 bolt and a flat washer. Torque per the included sheet.
- Check bolt length so the bolt clamps the bar before it bottoms in the tab.
- Support the bar or cable inside the box so it doesn't lever on the tab.

Colors
Each pair has one black set for negative and one positive set. The positive set may be orange or red, depending on stock. Both colors are the same part and mean positive. If you need a specific color, add a note to your order and we'll match it when we can. Label your cables as well, since the plugs will physically mate with either receptacle.
