Rigid busbars fight your cells. Prismatic cells breathe and shift as they cycle, and a solid bar transfers all of that movement straight into the terminal threads. These flexible tinned-copper jumpers absorb it instead, so your torque stays where you set it and your terminals survive the pack. Two ratings: 200A max with 1/4 in holes, and 350A max with 5/16 in holes. Both in 2 to 12 in hole-to-hole, custom lengths on request. Cu-ETP tinned copper, 500% elongation, UL 94 V0 halogen-free insulation, rated to 1500 VDC. Made in the USA.

Introducing our Flexible Busbar with two versions: 200A max and 350A max both with a mounting hole diameter of 5/16 inches. This high-performance busbar has a conductor made of electrolytic tinned copper (Cu-ETP) and the insulation is a TEP Low Smoke, Halogen-Free, and Flame Retardant insulation.
