Busbar Kit for Nissan Leaf 51Vdc Battery Pack

NOTE: Nissan LEAF modules and BMS sold separately.

This kit includes the busbars and bolts needed to build a 51Vdc battery pack with Nissan LEAF modules. It is a 7s module configuration which makes it 14 cell in series. See "Capacity" variants for number of modules in parallel, 2P, 4P, 6P, etc.

For example, a 2P variant has busbars with 2 holes and 4 holes and a 4P variant has bus bars with 4 holes and 8 holes, etc... See photos for bus bar arrangement.

Busbar Kit includes:

• All copper busbars between cells/modules
• Terminal busbars (long and short)
• Center tap busbars
  
• Jumper (to connect in the middle of the pack)
• Hardware to connect busbars to the modules
• Terminal bolt and lock washer
• Center tap bolt and lock washer

Sold Separately:

• Power cables after the pack to connect to BMS or inverter
  
• Weatherproof enclosures
• Wiring/connections for BMS
• BMS, fuses, contactors, etc.
