One-piece, 4-hole flexible copper busbar for 2P packs built from 280Ah to 314Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells with M6 terminals. One bar joins a parallel pair of cells to the next parallel pair, making the parallel and series connections in a single part. The arches flex as the cells swell and shift, so they keep stress off the cell terminals.
For a single-row (1P) pack, use our flexible copper busbar for 280Ah-314Ah cells. For connections from the pack to a fuse, breaker, shunt, BMS or inverter, use our insulated flexible copper busbar for battery packs.
At a glance
- Fits 280Ah to 314Ah prismatic cells with M6 terminals (EVE LF280K, LF304, MB30, MB31, CATL 280/302/310/314Ah, similar REPT and Hithium cells)
- 4 slotted M6 holes, approx. 72 mm center to center, for cells placed side by side or with a thin divider between them
- Rated 200A
- Orange insulating sleeves over the arches

Will it fit my cells?
It fits cells about 72 mm thick with M6 terminals, placed side by side. If you use spacers or dividers between cells, the cell center-to-center distance has to stay inside the slot range. Measure terminal center to terminal center on your cells before ordering. If you're not sure, send us a message with your cell model.
How many do I need?
- 8S2P (24V): 7 of these, plus 2 single 1P busbars to join the parallel pairs at each end
- 16S2P (48V), see the stack diagram: 14 of these plus 6 single 1P busbars (Design A), or 14 of these plus 4 single 1P busbars and 1 jumper (Design B)
