Flexible copper busbars for series connections between 280Ah to 314Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells with M6 terminals. One busbar joins the terminals of two neighboring cells. The arch in the middle flexes as the cells swell and shift under load and temperature, so it keeps stress off the cell terminals that a rigid bar would pass straight into them.
Use these for cell-to-cell connections inside the pack. For connections from the pack to a fuse, breaker, shunt, BMS or inverter, use our insulated flexible copper busbar for battery packs.
At a glance
- Fits 280Ah to 314Ah prismatic cells with M6 terminals (EVE LF280K, LF304, MB30, MB31, CATL 280/302/310/314Ah, similar REPT and Hithium cells)
- Slotted M6 holes, approx. 72 to 74 mm center to center, for cells placed side by side or with a thin divider between them
- Rated 200A
- Orange insulating sleeve over the arch

Will it fit my cells?
It fits cells about 72 mm thick with M6 terminals, placed side by side. If you use spacers or dividers between cells, the cell center-to-center distance has to stay inside the slot range. Measure terminal center to terminal center on your cells before ordering. If you're not sure, send us a message with your cell model.
How many do I need?
- 4S (12V): 3 busbars
- 8S (24V): 7 busbars
- 16S (48V): 15 busbars. Choose the 16S set option to get all 15 at a lower price per piece.
- Parallel (2P) packs: use our 2P 4-hole busbar for the series connections, plus 2 of these to join the parallel cells at each end of the pack.
Bought these for my first powerwall build and they look professional. The tin plating is even and the holes line up with my lugs. Way better than trying to cut my own from copper bar. Definitely the right call for a beginner who wants their pack to look clean.
