Battery Connector Lug, Waterproof, Quick Lock, 120/200A

Description

Field-installable battery connector with a quick-lock, press-to-release design built for solar storage, EV conversions, and DIY battery banks. The crown-spring contact system delivers a high-current, low-resistance connection without the need for compression lugs or specialized torque tools.

The housing is glass-filled PA66 plastic with T2Y pure copper contacts and silver plating for low contact resistance and long service life. The plug rotates a full 360 degrees for clean, multi-directional cable routing, and the one-key side-press release makes disconnects fast even in tight battery boxes. Polarity color coding (red, orange, black) helps prevent miswiring, and finger-safe IP2X geometry protects against accidental contact when unmated.

Sealed to IP67 and rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C. Each kit includes one panel-mount receptacle with busbar terminal and one right-angle cable plug.
