Not all fuses are the same. Read this blog post for more details.
A Class T fuse is critical for battery systems because it offers fast-acting protection against short circuits and overcurrents, safeguarding sensitive components and preventing potential damage. Its ability to interrupt high current flow promptly ensures the overall safety and longevity of the battery system.
- Class T Fuse Block with UL 248-15 Class T fuse installed

Pick your size
Choose a fuse about 25% above your maximum continuous current, then make sure the cable or busbar after it is rated at least as high as the fuse. Each size below pairs with one of our flexible copper busbars.

Class T is the right answer for high DC short circuit current and these are priced fairly compared to anywhere else I shopped. The AIC rating is what matters and these have the spec to back it. Do not run a lithium bank without one of these inline.
